I have astigmatism, but I really want this pair of colored contacts - that aren't toric! Can I wear them?

You have another problem with this - the risk to your eyesight. Its illegal in the US or UK to supply lenses without a valid perscription , and you don't have one for this type of lens. You would therefore be buying from a site prepared to sell illegally. What other risks might they be taking? You wont' be able to see properly without a toric perscription, but more importantly you are taking risks with your eyesight and your ability to wear contacts at all.
