Is this trade a good move?

You get the better end of the trade, but it's the wrong trade. Your problems are at RB, where you only have 4 on the roster, and 3 of them can't be started. Fred Taylor would have been a much better pick than Sammy Morris. At any rate, find someone who needs a QB and give up what you have to to get at least one feature tailback.
