To fly to Hawaii (Big Island) from San Francisco, what's the cheapest option?

Book in advance, usually at least a month before. Last-minute fares are ridiculously expensive. You can try calling travel agents in San Francisco, but I doubt they'll give you anything cheaper than what you can find online.
