3-7 pounds in 2 weeks. is it possible do you think?

Hello dear adviser, well i have this big event coming up and i have to loss 3-7 pounds in two weeks. I know that the healthy amount is 3 so my deadline isn't so bad. Theres only one little problem, i can't really commit. Food is an enemy and it traps me so i eat and eat and then i gain. I really need to lose the weight though, so what workout regimen? and what food should i eat? and how should i stay of the other food? help me please. Im only 15 and i know i shouldn't worry, but this event is really important.
