I could not find an answer for a friends question. What are the likely consequenses for actions? He sold 13 houses while his CA real estate license was suspended for not meeting the 18 month education requirement, he got it reinstated 5 months later, then the board found out and now he has a hearing next month so does his broker, will they suspend, revoke or pardon him? I told him hes probably looking at an unconditional revoke that he should have known better, that you dont take risks with government agencies.
