I am PT Bachellor degree in my country ES, What i need to do to get the licence in USA?

I am bachellor degree in my contry El salvador C.A and i got my green card 3 years ago. so i am studying english ESL. What i need to do to get my licence here and work again in my area. I need to take a Physical Therapy Test or get a extra cles in some university. please answer me thank.
