Verizon wireless return policy?

i just upgraded my phone maybe two months ago. i got the new tv phone but the calls on the other end everyone i talk to on the phone says that the calls are not clear at all and there is a crackling noise coming from my end of the call. when it is on speakerphone there is a weird loud high pitched noise on the phone (it sounds like when two walkee talkee's get too close together if anyone has ever heard that sound) and i want to exchange it! advice? tips? help?
