In Catcher in the Rye, where all does Holden go?

He starts out in at Pencey Prep in Agerstown, PA. He travels to New York with the fencing team. He goes to visit Mr. Spencer. While still at Pencey, he goes to a get burgers and see a movie with his friends. He leaves Pencey and goes to NYC. He goes to Ernie's bar, and to the bar at the hotel where he's staying. He goes to the Wicker Bar. He goes to his apartment. He goes to visit Mr. Andolini. He goes to Phoebe's school. He goes to Central Park to look for the ducks. He goes to the Museum, the zoo, to eat breakfast, the carousel...............
